摘要
利用软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL和用户编程功能UPFs,将建议的静水应力型椭球面屈服模型编制成子程序模块,通过ANSYS软件的开放式接口,实现了程序编制.通过对梁柱节点试验的数值模拟和分析,得出了等效考虑焊接残余应力和焊接缺陷的对接焊缝断裂因子修正系数.对钢框架梁柱狗骨式节点进行了基于椭球面强度模型的数值模拟和断裂分析,结果显示:狗骨式节点在梁翼缘削弱截面形成塑性铰,大大降低了对接焊缝的断裂因子幅值.狗骨式节点滞回曲线饱满,延性较好,且承载力和刚度较常规节点下降不多.
Using parametric design language APDL and user programming functions UPFs of general software ANSYS,the hydrostatic stress-based ellipsoid yield model proposed can be compiled into some subroutine modules,and achieve the appropriate programming through the open interface of ANSYS.Through numerical simulation and analysis on beam-to-column connections test,the butt weld correction factor of fracture index was obtained while equivalently calculating the effects of residual stress and disfigurement.Numerical simulation and analysis based on ellipsoid model for intensity was carried on steel beam-to-column joints by making use of the dog-bone connection.The results identified that plastic hinges formed within the reduced cross section of beam flange and this significantly lowers the amplitude of butt welded fracture factor.Meanwhile,the hysteresis curve of dog-bone connection is ideal and of good ductility,and the carrying capacity and stiffness droppes less than that of conventional connection.
