摘要
体育教育是提高学生综合素质教育的重要组成部分。体育教学不仅向学生传授运动技术与技能,而且还要培养学生的健身意识与能力;不仅要提高学生的身体素质而且要培养其综合素质。
Physical teaching plays an important role in quality education in collges. This paper mainly explained that physical teaching not only teaches physical techniques to the students,but also trains the students to have healthy consciousness and ability;Not only enhances physical quality of the students,but also trains other qualities.
