摘要
本文从建设监理的概念及工程建设中实行建设监理的意义人手，并在实际工程的建设监理实践基础上，阐述了在城市防洪堤工程建设中引入建设监理的必要性和重要性。
The paper states the necessity and importance of construction supervision in urban flooddyke project,viewing from the concept of construction supervision and the meaning of practicingthe construction supervision and on the basis of the construction supervision practice of the actualproject.
