高直链淀粉超强吸水材料制备及其吸湿保湿性能 被引量:2

摘要 以高直链淀粉为原料,丙烯酰胺为接枝单体,过硫酸钾作为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酸胺作为交联剂,制备强吸水材料,并对其结构进行了红外图谱分析。通过与变色硅胶进行比较,对其吸湿保湿性能进行了初步研究。结果表明,该吸水材料具有较大的吸湿容量和良好的吸湿稳定性,红外图谱显示所制备的材料具有大量的亲水基团,在(90±1)%相对湿度下的平衡吸湿量达到了150g/g,保湿性能好,优于传统使用的变色硅胶,在吸湿保湿方面具有一定的应用潜力。 Superabsorbent materials were prepared from high amylose starches as raw material,acrylamide as monomer,potassium persulfate as initiator,N,N' methylene-bis-acrylamide as cross-linker by graft copolymerization.The structures of the superabsorbent materials were analyzed by IR analysis.The moisture absorption and maintain ability of superabsorbent compared to discolored silica gel was studied.The results indicated that the humidity absorption capacity of the superabsorbent was large and the humidity absorption stability was well.IR analysis indicated that hydrophilic groups were rich in the superabsorbent.The balancing humidity absorption capacity could reach to 150 g/g on the condition of relative humidity(90±1)%.The moisture maintain ability of superabsorbent was proved well and excelled the discolored silica gel used abroad.So there were application potentials on the moisture absorption and maintain ability of superabsorbent and provided experiment reference for multi-purpose desiccant.
