导叶式长轴泵的性能预测及实验结果分析

摘要 基于Navier-Stoke方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法对一空间导叶式离心泵进行全流道三维湍流数值模拟,详细分析了导叶式长轴泵在设计工况下空间导叶内部的流场分布。结果表明,流体途经叶轮和空间导叶之间的环形空间时产生较大的冲击损失;导叶叶片表面速度沿着流道呈现减小-增大-减小的趋势,而压力沿着流道呈现增大-减小-增大的趋势;计算结果和实验结果比较吻合,从而证明了计算结果的正确性,研究结果对工程应用具有一定的参考价值。 Based on Navier-Stoke equations and standard κ-ε turbulence model, using SIMPLEC algorithm, a three-dimensional nu- merical simulation of turbulent flow in a centrifugal pump with space vane is conducted. The internal flow field of space vane of guide vane long-shaft pump under designed operating conditions is analyzed in detail. The results show that the fluid passing through annu- lar space between the impeller and the space vane has greater impact losses; the surface velocity of vane blade along the flow channel shows decreasing-increasing-decreasing trend, while the pressure along the flow channel presents increasing-decreasing-increasing trend. The simulation results and the experimental results coincide well, which proves the correctness of the results..The research results have certain reference value for engineering application.
