触发光脉冲对光电导开关响应速度的影响

Effects of Trigger Light Pulses on the Response Speed of Photoconductive Switches

摘要 实验测试了触发光脉冲对光电导开关响应速度的影响;建立了满足光导开关触发光脉冲参量的光生载流子速率方程,并模拟出光生载流子浓度随触发光脉冲、脉冲宽度的变化规律,分析了光脉冲对光电导开关响应速度的影响及引起输出电脉冲上升沿变化的原因。 The effects of trigger light pulses on the response speed of semi-insulating GaAs photoconductive switches(PCSS's)were experimentally tested,and the rate equation of photogenerated carriers involving the parameters for trigger light pulses was obtained.By simulation,the general rule of the variation of the density of the photogenerated carriers with trigger light pulses as well as their width was simulated.And the reasons for the changes of the rising edge of output electrical pulses were analyzed.
