摘要
针对某型飞机起动机轴承座孔的磨损失效,采用镶衬套的方法进行修复。以ANSYS为平台,对衬套与轴承座的过盈联接进行了有限元计算。基于有限元计算结果,对修复方法进行了分析。理论分析与实际应用情况表明,修复方法是可行的、有效的。
Aiming at the wear failure of bearing-bore in a certain airplane starter,the inlay bushing method has been applied to repair the bearing-bore.The interference fits of bushing bearing has been calculated by finite element method based on ANSYS.The repair method has been analyzed based on the finite element calculation.The theoretical analysis results and the practice had shown that the repair method is feasible and valid.
