摘要
目的:利用自定义基准颜色模板辅助医学灰度影像诊断。方法:利用Photoshop等软件工具创建的彩条图像作为自定义的基准颜色模板,起到伪彩色编码表的作用,并利用GDI+图像处理机基库,开发出伪彩色医学图像处理软件。结果:利用此软件,临床医师可以结合自定义的基本颜色模板,实现临床医生自定义伪彩色标记,从而实现了医学灰度图像按照临床诊断需求的伪彩色转换。结论:以自定义的基本颜色模板对应伪彩色编码表具有操作直观、理解简单的优点,方便了临床医生对于灰度影像的伪彩色处理。
Objective To assist in the diagnosis of medical grayscale images using self-defined reference color pallet（SRCP）.Methods Color bar images as SRCP were created using Photoshop and other software tools.A pseudo-color medical image processing software was developed with GDI ＋ based on the SRCP.Results Clinicians could achieve pseudo-color marking with the SRCP using this software which enabled pseudo-color conversion of the grayscale images in accordance with the medical needs.Conclusion The SRCP with the corresponding pseudo-color coding table is easy to operate,and also it is convenient for pseudo-color processing of grayscale images.
