摘要
分析了酸性氧化电位水作为一种新型的环保型消毒剂所具有的优点及广泛的应用前景。从制备装置、制备工艺、杀菌机理、杀菌性能等4个方面对酸性氧化电位水技术的研究现状进行了概述,提出了目前该项研究中存在的问题,对其今后的发展方向进行了展望。
Electrolyzed oxidizing water as a new kind of environmental-friendly disinfectant has many advantages and a wide application prospects.The present research situation is summarized from four aspects:the preparation device,the preparation process,bactericidal mechanism and bactericidal performance.Problems about the present study of electrolyzed oxidizing water technology and the future development of the technology are put forward on this basis.
