摘要
单螺杆空压机具有成本低、结构简单、运行可靠、振动轻微、噪声低、维护简单等特点,但加工难度高。高效单螺杆空压机的技术难点是螺杆和星轮的高精度加工与装配。过去由于我国单螺杆加工精度水平低,加上发达国家对我国单螺杆加工技术的壁垒,单螺杆空压机的能效相比于国外同类产品低;另外,虽然单螺杆在结构上比双螺杆有一定优势,但由于主机的加工精度未解决,能效比双螺杆空压机的能效也差。目前,我国一些科研机构和企业已经开发出具有自主知识产权的高精度单螺杆加工技术,高效单螺杆空压机的关键技术已被我国科研人员突破,开展单螺杆空压机的研究,并制定相关标准将有助于我国高效空压机技术的发展。
Single screw air compressor has advantages as low cost,simple structure,reliable operation,slight vibration,low noise,easy maintenance,etc.,but it also has disadvantage as high difficulty of machining.Technology difficult point of high-effect single air compressor is that the screw and star wheel need high-accuracy machining and assembling.In the past,China's low level of single screw machining accuracy,coupled with the developed country barriers to single screw machining technology,single screw air compressor's energy efficiency is lower than similar foreign product's.In addition,although the single screw in the structure has certain advantages compared with twin-screw,the host machining precision is not resolved,the single screw air compressor's energy efficiency is also poorer than twin-screw's.At present,a number of research institutions and enterprises with independent intellectual property rights have developed high-precision single-screw machining technology.Our researchers have broken through the key technologies about high efficiency single screw air compressor.The research carried out single screw air compressor and the development of relevant standards will help our technology about highly efficient air compressor.
