振动冲击监测在往复压缩机在线监测系统中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 在总结国内外振动冲击检测技术的基础上,提出利用往复压缩机在线监测系统采集的加速度振动信号,使用软件方法计算振动冲击次数。通过经验模式分解方法(EMD)将加速度信号进行分解,对其各个IMF分量进行分析,研究其特征信息,给出振动冲击监测气阀故障的应用实例。 Based on summarizing the vibration-shock monitoring technology at home and abroad,this paper proposed a software method that used the accelerative signal which collected by on-line monitor system for reciprocating compressor to compute times of vibration shock.By applying EMD method on the accelerative signal,each IMF of the signal was analyzed and the feature of IMF was researched.At last,this paper gave an application case on valve fault of vibration-shock monitoring.
