摘要
以NaHSO4/Al2O3为催化剂,环己酮为原料,催化合成2-(1-环己烯基)环己酮。实验结果表明,NaHSO4/Al2O3具有良好的催化活性,最佳工艺条件为:环己酮100 mL,催化剂NaHSO4/Al2O3 18 g,反应温度97℃,产品收率达到59.2%。
2-(1-cyclohexenyl) cyclohexanone was synthesized from cyclohexanone by using KHSO4 /Al2O3 as catalyst.The experi-ment results show that the optimal reaction conditions are as follows: cyclohexanone is 20 mL,the amount of catalyst is 18g,tempera-ture of reaction is 97 ℃.Under above conditions,yield of 2-(1-cyclohexenyl) cyclohexanone can reach 58.6%.
