198例经皮肺穿刺活检术结果及影响因素分析 被引量：13

摘要 目的进一步提高经皮肺穿刺活检术的诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析198例CT引导下行肺穿刺活检术患者的诊断结果及其影响因素。结果与病理结果比较,肺穿刺活检术诊断准确率为88.4%;病灶中出血、坏死液化及病灶直径≥2cm者诊断准确率明显高于无出血、坏死液化及病灶直径<2cm者(P<0.05)。结论病灶内出血、坏死等征象与病灶直径是影响CT引导下肺穿刺活检术诊断准确性的主要因素。
