摘要
种植结构调整是宁夏平原区未来实现节水高效的一项重要措施。文中从水资源消耗、微观与宏观两层次出发,对水资源利用效率和效益进行重新定义和解释,应用水资源高效利用核算模型体系对不同种植结构下的宁夏平原区水资源利用效率和效益变化进行分析。结果表明:无论是调整水稻面积还是套种面积,随着种植结构调整力度的增大,农业和生态水资源利用效率逐渐增加,区域水资源利用效率增加;微观工程经济效益增加,宏观区域单方耗水GDP递增,区域用水效益增大,但生态效益却呈递减趋势。可见,种植结构调整对平原区水资源利用效率和效益有较大的影响。
We interpreted a new definition of water use efficiency from the view of water consumption,and also explained water use benefit of micro-engineering and macro-region. The high efficiency water use calculation model system was applied to analyze the changes of water use efficiency and benefit of various crops planting structure adjustment in plain area. The results showed that with the strengthen of planting adjustments,the water use efficiencied of agriculture,ecosystem and even the whole region were increased. Meanwhile,except the ecosystem,the water use benefit of other water use departments were all enhanced.
