摘要
从经济学的角度分析了空气污染移动源对空气质量的影响,通过建立自回归线性模型,得到机动车拥有量与空气污染指数的数量关系,明确了机动车尾气排放控制是改善城市环境质量的必要条件,提出了空气污染移动源排放规制的建议。
This Paper analyzes the impact of vehicular pollution on air quality. A quantitative relationship between the quantity of vehicles and Air Pollution Index is reached through an auto-regression linear model. This paper concludes that the vehicular pollution control is a necessary condition for the improvement of urban environment quality and provides some tentative suggestions on the containment of vehicular pollution.
