摘要
目的探讨循证护理在全髋关节置换术围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2006年2月～2009年3月于我院进行全髋关节置换术的60例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组30例,采用常规护理模式。观察组30例,采用循证护理模式。将两组患者的并发症发生率、住院时间、恢复行走时间及Harris评分、Charnley髋关节功能评分、治疗前后的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分进行统计及比较。结果观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间及恢复行走时间均短于对照组,Harris评分及Charnley髋关节功能评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论循证护理在全髋关节置换术围术期中的效果较佳,对于改善患者的综合效果较为明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of evidence - based nursing applied in the perioperative period of total hip replacement. Methods 60 cases of total hip replacement from Feb. ,2006 to March,2009 were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group and control group,30 in each; the routine nursing was performed to the patients in control group while evidence - based nursing was performed to pa- tients in observation group; the complication occurrence, hospitalized duration, time for walking recovery, the Harria scores, the Charnley scores of hip joint function and the scores of HAMD and MAMA before and after the replacement were statistical studied and a comparative analysis was made between the 2 groups. Results The complication occurrence in observation group was lower than that in control group while the hospitalized duration and time for walking recovery in observation group was shorter than that in control group; all the scores in ob- servation group were superior to those in control group （P 〈 0. 05） and the difference was of significance. Conclusions Evidence - based nursing is of good effect in perioperative period of total hip replacement,especially in improving the whole condition of the patient,it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
