冲孔灌注桩后注浆技术在高层建筑中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 以洛阳城东某高层住宅工程为例,采用冲孔灌注桩后注浆技术进行了试桩试验。结果表明:桩端后注浆对提高桩基竖向承载力的效果显著,且桩长越短提高的幅度越大;对于桩端持力层为卵石层的桩,后注浆提高的桩端阻力对竖向极限承载力增幅贡献较大。从经济效益分析可知,后注浆技术能够节约成本、缩短工期。 Taking a high-rise residential building in the east of Luoyang for example,it conducts the pile trial through the post -grouting technology for impact-cone concrete pile.The results show that the post-grouting technology has a significant effect on the vertical bearing capacity,and the shorter the pile length is,the greater the extent of the increase is.When the pile bearing layer is the gravel layer,the increased resistance of the pile-end under this technology does great contribution to improvement of the vertical ultimate bearing capacity.The economic analysis shows that the post-grouting technology can reduce cost and shorten the construction period.
