摘要
分析了试验温度、粘度计粘度系数、润滑油流过粘度计的时间、粘度计洁净程度、粘度计安装状态、试样清洁度以及安装时试样是否有气泡等因素对润滑油运动粘度测定的影响。试验结果表明,只有正确按试验方法进行试验,准确分析各种影响因素,才能保证试验结果的准确性。
This paper analyses effects of many factors on the determination of kinematic viscosity of lubricant.These factors are test temperature,viscometer viscosity coefficient,lubricating oil flowing through the viscometer time,cleanliness viscometer,viscometer installation status,sample cleanliness,as well as whether there are air bubbles during installation samples,etc.Test results show that only the right method to conduct tests,accurate analysis of the effects of various factors in order to ensure the accuracy of test results.
