摘要
如何保护中小投资者合法权益，是当前我国证券市场中的一个热点问题。目前理论界有两种代表性法律观点，以此为依据，对我国证券市场现状提出了七项保护中小投资者权益的对策措施，呼吁证券市场参与各方既要正视中小投资者权益被侵害的客观事实，又要树立起中小投资者权益保护观念。同时，还从中小投资者自身的固有特点概括出六种权益被侵害的表现形式，总结出权益被侵害的八个原因。
How to protect the rights and interests of medium and small investors is currently a hot issue in China＇s stock market. Now there are two representative legal points of view on this issue based on which this paper puts forward seven countermeasures for protecting medium and small investors＇rights and interests in China＇s stock market, appealing to all participants of stock business for objective observation of the fact that the rights and interests of medium and small investors have been violated and at the same time for building up the concept of protecting their rights and interests. In addition, this paper sums up six ways of how their interests and rights have been violated and concludes eight reasons for being violated from inherent characteristics of medium and small investors.
