摘要
护理学是一门以技能操作为重点的应用性很强的综合学科,加强护理实践性教学和基本技能训练,不断改进训练方法,是培养高素质护理专业人才的重要环节。近年来,不少护理教育工作者在护理技能训练的理论、效果、模式、考核等方面进行了深入研究,笔者对其研究现状及进展进行综述分析,以期对护理技能训练的进一步完善和发展提供参考。
Nursing is a highly integrated disciplines with application focussing on skill operation. Strengthening nursing practical teaching and basic skills training, and continuously improving training methods is an essential link to develop high-quality nursing professionals. In recent years, many nursing educators have made deep research on theory, effects, models and assessment and other aspects of the theory of nursing skills. The author summarized and analysize the current study and progress of their research in hope of making a referencein further improving nursing skills training and development.
