摘要
随着地方区域经济的迅猛发展和人才市场竞争的日益激烈,企业的用人需求更趋技能型,传统意义上的学术型、工程型人才已接近饱和,迫切需要技术型、技能型的人才。高职类学校的教育目标就是要培养符合地方区域经济发展需求的技能型人才,高职考试制度的改革方向就是要适应企业的技能考核方式,使考试制度与目前的企业用人测评方案相适应。
With the rapid development of the local regional economy and increasingly fierce competition in the talent market,enterprises tend to employ more skillful talents.The traditional academic-based,engineering talent seems to be approaching saturation,so society needs technology-based,skilled personnel urgently.Vocational education’s goal is to foster regional economic development which meet the need of local economy.Vocational examination system reform is to adapt business skills assessment form to suit for present examination system and enterprise evaluation program.
