摘要
基于动态能力理论视角,国有企业竞争力的影响因素包括外部环境要素、内部资源与能力要素以及影响动态能力的形成要素。这些要素相互之间存在一定的关系和影响。对于提升国有企业竞争力而言,获取资源要素是基础,提升企业能力要素是根本,培育企业动态能力是关键,优化企业外部环境是保障。
Based on the perspective of the dynamic capability theory,the influencing factors are involved in the external environment elements,the internal resource and capability elements,and the forming elements that influence the dynamic capability.There exist mutually certain relationship and influences in those elements.As to the raising of state-owned enterprises competitiveness,acquiring resource elements is the basis,lifting enterprises capability elements is the essence,cultivating enterprises dynamic capability is the key,and optimizing enterprises external environment is the guarantee.
