液态高炉渣制造人造岩石试验研究

摘要 高炉渣是目前排放量较大的一种典型工业废渣,我国有效利用率仅10%,对环境造成极大的危害。目前可利用排放热态高炉渣直接熔制人造岩石的新技术,其产品性能和工艺特点均已进行了分析。结果表明,高炉渣热态资源化技术是一项具有广阔应用前景的高炉渣资源化技术。 Blast-furnace slag is the large amount of the typical molten industrial slag. The availability of the steel slag is only 10 % in China, so the steel slag does great harm to the environment. In this paper, a novel recycling technology was developed, by pouring the molten blast-furnace slag into a metal mold, mixing with some additives, and obtaining the artificial rock. The performance and economic benefits were studied. The results show that the new recycling technology of the molten blast-furnace slag has a great potential applied market.
