甘精胰岛素在门诊2型糖尿病胰岛素补充治疗中的应用被引量：3

摘要目的探讨甘精胰岛素在2型糖尿病胰岛素补充治疗中的疗效、安全性及病人满意度。方法 52例口服药物治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别加用甘精胰岛素每天1次和中效胰岛素每天2次,治疗3月。观察治疗后血糖、HbA1 c、低血糖及病人满意情况。结果治疗组较对照组有较好的血糖控制、较低的低血糖发生、较高的病人满意度。结论在2型糖尿病口服药物失效时,选择甘精胰岛素补充治疗是一不错方法。
