结合平面叶栅测试特点,详细介绍了4轴伺服位移控制系统的开发和应用,对该控制系统的组成及特点、控制系统算法和特性、位移机构精度进行了分析。
Combining with the plane cascade testing characteristics, the development and application of the four-axis servo displacement control system were introduced in detail. The composition characteristics, algorithm, displacement mechanism accuracy of the control system were analyzed.
