摘要
An individual’s adaptation means both self-adaptation and environment-adaptation. In the process of self-adaptation, the tendency of an individual’s self-evaluation will be influenced by his self-concept. His viewpoint of "How to view oneself" decides his attitude toward the result of his self-evaluation,which arouses his feeling experience relatively. In the process of environment-adaptation,the individual’s self-concept and his viewpoint on the relation between man and environment will influence his judgement on the nature of the relation between himself and environment, which will further influence his decision of self-control. These two, self-adaptation and environment-adaptation, are relative. The development of an individual’s adaptability is relative to the school education.
