急性心肌梗塞患者行PTCA及支架安置术后的护理干预效果评价 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨系统护理干预措施对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者行PTCA及支架安置术后康复的影响。方法选择行PTCA及支架安置术AMI患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组患者行PTCA及支架安置术后即实施系统的护理干预措施,包括康复锻炼、健康教育、心理护理;对照组按常规护理,采用Barthel指数对患者护理前后日常生活活动(ADL)能力评分。采用抑郁量表进行护理前后的心理状态评测,采用6min步行试验(6-MWT)测定护理后运动能力,将两组数据进行比较。结果实验组护理干预后ADL评分、心理评定及6-MWT结果与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论系统护理干预措施能明显提高患者日常生活活动能力和运动能力,改善心理状态。
