自发性细菌性腹膜炎的发病机制及治疗现状 被引量：5

摘要 自发性细菌性腹膜炎（spontaneous bacterial peritonitis,SBP）指无腹腔内局灶感染或脏器穿孔的条件下发生的急性细菌性腹膜炎,腹水培养有细菌生长,而且多形核白细胞（Pol-ymorphonuclear,PMN）≥0.25×10^9/L。SBP是肝硬化腹水患者常见的严重并发症，在住院的肝硬化腹水患者中，SBP发生率为10％～30％。
