摘要
2010年国家林业局湿地保护管理中心出台了《国家湿地公园总体规划导则》。在湿地相关概念作出说明后,笔者结合实际工作经验,对现阶段国家湿地公园总体规划编制的基本内容进行解读;同时对比有关规范,对新提出的总规要点进行诠释。为促进我国湿地保护事业健康发展,规范国家湿地公园总体规划的编制内容和成果,为国家湿地公园建设和发展提供技术指导。
In2010,The Guide Rules to Master Plan on National Wetland Park came into existence by the the State Forestry Wetland Protection Management Administrative Centre.After making explanations on rele-vant concepts of wetland,according to experiences of actual work,the basic content of the Master Plan on State Wetland Park and the key points of master plan comparison with relevant regulations are interpreted by authors,which promoted healthy development of wetland protection in our country,regulated the documenta-tion and achievement of National Wetland Park master plan,and provided technical guidance for the National Wetland Park construction and development.
