摘要
巴黎外方传教会的中国学研究具有明显的区域特色,它侧重于汉族方言和少数民族语言、地方文化尤其是中国西南地区少数民族文化的描述和研究。19世纪之后,巴黎外方传教会的中国学研究渐趋专业化。尽管这一研究深受传教会的传教立场影响,但是它客观上不仅推动过法国中国学的发展,而且对于我国西南少数民族语言和文化知识体系的重建具有重要的资料价值和参考作用。
The Paris foreign missions’ study on China is strongly featured with the different districts among China, which is focused on the Han dialect, ethnic minorities’ dialect, the local culture, especially the description and study on ethnic minorities in the Southwest China. From the 19th century on, the Paris foreign missions’ study on China tended to be more specialized. This study was deeply influenced by the missions’ religious stance. It not only advanced the study of China in France, but also exerted an important influence on enriching the language and cultural system of the ethnic minorities in Southwest China by providing various essential materials and references.
