人才的培养是图书馆迎接知识经济挑战的一项重大的基础性措施,应制定长远的人才培养规划,抓好专业教育和继续教育,培养跨世纪的复合型人才。
Training qualified personnel is an important measure of library to meet challenge of intellectual economics. We should make a long —term plan of training qualified personnel, promote specialized education and reeducation, and train qualified personnel for next century.
