摘要
本文结合我国企业的MIS实践，从MIS建设与管理变革的协同性和互相促动、相互制约共同发展的角度，论述了MIS的本质属性，以及MIS建设观念的思变；讨论了MIS建设与管理变革的内在的协同机制，探讨了MIS建设战略与发展的有关问题。
Combined with practice of MIS, from the angle of coordination and interaction between MIS construction and management re form, this paper discusses the essence of MIS, as well as the transform of the notion about MIS construction and management, and discusses some related problcms on MIS construction strategy and devclopment.
