摘要
目的观察利咽代茶饮治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将289例慢性咽炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组155例予利咽代茶饮,对照组134例予健民咽喉片。2组均1周为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察临床疗效、患者主要症状改善情况及咽拭子细菌培养结果。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组主要症状改善率均较对照组高(P<0.05)。2组治疗后异常菌群检出率均较本组治疗前低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后异常菌群检出率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论中药利咽代茶饮治疗慢性咽炎效果满意。
Objective To observe the effect of Liyandaichayin on chronic pharyngitis.Methods 289 cases of chronic pharyngitis were divided into two groups.Patients in control group （n=134） were treated by Jianminyanhoupian.Patients in treatment group （n=155） were treated by Liyandaichayin.The course was three weeks in two groups.The improvement of cardinal symptom and germiculture of throat swab were observed in two groups after a course.Results The total effective rate and the improvement rate of cardinal symptom in treatment group were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）.Abnormal microbial flora detection rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Liyandaichayin has satisfactory effect on chronic pharyngitis.
