摘要
目的观察补肾健脾活血解毒法治疗免疫性习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法将106例免疫性习惯性流产患者随机分为2组。对照组53例给予醋酸泼尼松片10mg,每晚1次口服;治疗组53例给予补肾健脾活血解毒方口服。2组均1个月为1个疗程,连续3个疗程。观察总体临床疗效、主要症状改善积分及中医证候疗效。结果治疗组总有效率86.79%,对照组总有效率43.40%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组主要症状改善积分治疗后与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组改善显著(P<0.05);中医证候疗效治疗组总有效率90.57%,对照组总有效率47.17%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补肾健脾活血解毒法治疗免疫性习惯性流产疗效确切,且安全、无明显毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy for invigorating spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation and detoxication on the treatment of autoimmune habitual abortion.Methods 106 patients with autoimmune habitual abortion were randomly divided into 2 groups.53 cases in control group were given prednisone acetate tablets for 10 mg/d,once a day.53 cases in treatment group were given oral decoction of invigorating spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation and detoxication herbs.Both the two groups were observed for 3 months continuously,a month for a course.Clinical effects in general,the major symptom scores and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group （86.79%） was higher than that in control group （43.40%,P〈0.01）;both groups of major symptoms points,after treatment compared with before treatment,there were significant improvement （P〈0.01）,moreover,the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment group （90.57%） was higher than that in control group （47.17%,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The therapy for invigorating spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation and detoxication has definite effect on the treatment of autoimmune habitual abortion.It is safe,and without adverse effects.
