摘要
针对在工业环境中需要实时检测雷电保护器性能参数的实际情况,本文介绍了一种基于VB语言的雷电保护器测试系统设计方案。系统采用模块化设计,包括型号选择、属性设置等五部分。测试结果表明,采用VB语言设计的测试系统,操作方便、界面友好,测试过程自动化,不仅可直观动态的展现雷电保护器的实测数据及伏安曲线,实现对数据的实时采集和判断处理,还能在测试过程建立详细的数据档案,从而为雷电保护器提供质量保证。
According to the real situation of testing the performance for the Lightning protection device in industry environment,this paper introduced a Lightning protection device system which based on VB platform.This system adopts modularization design which includes model select,attribute setting and so on.The testing result showed the system is friendly in human-computer interface and operate simpleness,testing process automatization,it can display the data at real-time and V-I curve,realize acquisition data at real-time and estimation and establish detailing data files for the progress of the testing,and thereby provide the quality pledge for the Lightning protection device.
