一种基于安瓿检测的快速图像配准方法的实现 被引量:4

A Fast Image Registration Method Applied in Ampoule Detection

摘要 安瓿装药液检测是医药检测领域中一个重要的研究课题。利用机器视觉对安瓿装药液进行可见异物的检测是安瓿装药液检测发展的必然趋势。在机器视觉检测中,图像配准方法的实现是极为重要的一个环节。本文借助于TI公司TMS320DM642图像处理芯片作为数字图像处理硬件平台,基于局部灰度均方测度的原理,提出了一种快速图像配准方法,可以完成安瓿检测图像的目标区域的无差配准,从而实现安瓿装药液的检测和分拣。 Ampouled medical liquid detection is an important research topic in the field of medicine detection.Using machine vision to find the foreign bodies in the ampoule is an inevitable trend in the development of ampoules liquid detection techniques.To achieve high detection accuracy,image registration method is very important in the detection based on machine vision.A rapid image registration method is proposed in this paper,which uses a TMS320DM642 chip of TI Co.as a digital image processing hardware platform.The image processing is based on the principle of local gray mean square measure,and can complete an errorless image registration in the target region of ampoules to achieve the detection and sorting of ampoules.
