摘要
通过实验研究了在各种触媒作用下,乱层石墨结构的硼-碳-氮(B-C-N)前驱物在5.5 GPa和1500℃条件下的晶化与相变规律.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及电子能量损失谱(EELS)对样品进行了结构、形貌和成分分析.结果表明,在Fe触媒作用下,得到了一种结晶很好的六方BC2N化合物,而在Ni,Co,Mg或Li3N触媒作用下,均没有B-C-N相生成.
In this paper,crystallization and transformation of turbostratic B-C-N precursor were investigated with different catalysts under 5.5 GPa and 1 500 ℃ through experiment.The structural and composition analysis of the samples obtained under high temperature and pressure were performed with X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and electronic energy loss spectroscopy(EELS).The results indicated that a highly crystalline hexagonal BC2N compound was synthesized with iron catalyst.However,no B-C-N phase was obtained when Ni,Co,Mg and Li3N were used as catalyst respectively.
