探讨了辽宁省水利现状,总结了促进辽宁省水利科技发展的关键技术,以促进辽宁省的经济社会全面协调可持续发展。
The current situation of water development in Liaoning Province was discussed.The key technologies of accelerating the development of water science and technology were summarized,so as to achieve economic and social comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development in Liaoning Province.
