摘要
捕捞机械标准是渔业标准体系重要组成部分,捕捞机械标准的基础是捕捞机械技术的发展和创新。加强捕捞机械标准化进程,实现技术创新与标准化的结合,是我国渔业可持续发展的需求。回顾了捕捞机械技术的研究进展,简要介绍了国内外捕捞机械标准的现状,概括了目前国内捕捞机械标准上存在的问题主要是标准数量少、生产企业参与标准化工作积极性不高、投入与宣传贯彻力度不足等,提出国内捕捞机械标准今后发展方向为保障捕捞作业安全、接轨国际标准体系。
The fishing machinery standard which is based on fishing machine technology is an important part of the fishery standard system.In order to satisfy the sustainable development of fisheries,the standardization of fishing machinery should be strengthened and the combination of technology innovation and standardization should be achieved.The research progress in mechanical technology of fishing,and a brief description of the status of fishing machinery standard at home and abroad were reviewed.The standards of the domestic fishing mechanical problems in the main were outlined：the standard number of small producers involved in the standardization initiative is not high,input and inadequate and implementation efforts.It’s proposed standards for the future development of the domestic fishing machine direction ：to protect the safety of fishing operations,connecting the international standard system.
