摘要
本文采用访谈和文献资料研究法,通过对体育旅游导游的管理与从业人员以及在校学生进行调查,认为根据体育旅游导游工作特点,体育旅游导游应具备运动技能、智力技能、操作技能等三项基本技能,而对学生导游技能的培养也应围绕这三项技能展开,并在此基础上提出了相应的培养措施以及课程改革方案。
This paper conducts a survey of the guides in the sports tourism industry,their management personnel and sports tourism students at colleges by means of interviews and literary reviews before drawing the conclusion that three basic guiding skills contribute to being a qualified sports tourism guide：sports skills,intellectual capability and execution techniques.Focused on the three aspects,the paper then puts forward schemes on how to develop them in students and how to reform the curriculum.
