科氏惯性力对排沙漏斗流场影响的分析与模拟 被引量:5

摘要 曲线排沙设施,作为小尺度一般都略去科氏惯性力的影响。通过对排沙漏斗惯性力的分析,推导出科氏惯性力与弯道水体压差的关系式,阐述了科氏惯性力对形成径向横坡降、环流和强螺旋排沙涡流的作用和意义,以FLU-ENT6.3软件为计算平台,采用RNGk-ε模型和欧拉多相流模型对浑水在排沙漏斗内流动的气液固三相湍流场进行了数值模拟,给出了漏斗模型的水体压力和螺旋流速分布。分析、实测、模拟计算的结果有较好的一致性,本文的工作对设计曲线排沙设施有一定的指导意义。 As curvilinear desilting facility is small-scale,the influence of Coriolis inertial force is generally ignored.In this paper,the expressions between Coriolis inertial force and water differential pressure of curved conduit are deduced,and the function and significance of Coriolis inertial force which form radial transverse gradient,circumfluence and strong spiral vortex of sediment discharge are represented by analyzing the inertial force of sand funnel.Based on FLUENT6.3 software,the RNG k-ε turbulence model and Eulerian multi-fluid model are used to simulate gas-liquid-solid three-phase turbulent field of turbid water in the sand funnel,then the distributions of water pressure and spiral flow velocity in funnel model are given.The results of analysis,experiment and simulation have better consistency,and the work is a great help to the design of curvilinear desilting facility.
