摘要
从临床流行病学的角度探讨脱发患者五脏虚损辨证分型与微量元素的关系，对郑州地区的４８例原因不明性脱发者的９种微量元素进行了测试分析。从总体来看，测试结果与正常对照组比较，脱发组Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ有降低趋势，其他各类微量元素与正常对照组相比，无明显变化。
Abstract Inconsiderationofepidemicdisease,wemadeapproachtotherelationshipbetweendeficiencytypeofthefivezangorgansofcalvouspatientsandtheirtraceelements.Thedeterminationandanalysisweremadeonninekindsofelementsobtainedfrom48calvouscaseswithunknownreasoninZhengzhoudistrict.Ingeneral,incomparisonofdeterminationresultwiththatofthenormalcontrolgroup,Cu,Fe,Mnofthecalvouspatientstendedtofall,andotherkindsofelementsdidntshowmarkedchange.
