摘要
从建筑病害引发的资源、能源、资金、人力的巨大浪费的角度,分析论述了其产生的根源以及与建设节约型社会的国策相背离的严重性,并从当前工程建设的实际出发提出解决问题的若干观点。
Through diseases caused from construction resources,energy,money,a huge waste of human,the paper analyzes and discussed its root causes as well as the seriousness of construction of a conservation society goes against the policy.And from the reality of the current construction,it puts forward ideas to solve these problems.
