摘要
曙光新城棚户区改造项目是牡丹江市委、市政府主导推进的市区首个棚户区改造项目,也是牡丹江市第一个规模较大的棚户区改造项目。曙光新城的规划设计充分尊重基地特征,把握空间格局与城市格局的关系,通过对舒适感、识别感、交流感、安全感、记忆感的渗透,力求创造布局合理、功能齐备、兼具舒适性与归属感的人居场所。
The first renovation project in Mudanjiang city is planned to target the shanty town in the Shuguang new city area. The renovation plan respects the character of the site and controls the spatial relationship with the city. It creates a livable environment with a rational layout and sense of place while providing necessary amenities and comprehensive functions.
