摘要
人工电子耳蜗是一种把声音信号转换成电信号的声电换能装置,将它植入患者体内以取代丧失功能的耳蜗,可使患者重获听觉。针对该手术的特点,本文通过对6例实施人工电子耳蜗植入术患者,从心理、术后感染防治和听力语言康复训练等方面进行了护理,以确保手术获得较为满意的疗效。
Artificial Cochlea is an acoustic-electric transforming device that transmits acoustic signal into electric signal, cochlear implant can replace non-function cochlea and thus restore hearing in deaf patients. This article reports our nursing experience on 6 cases of cochlear implants, based on clinical observation and surgical features, established specific nursing options from psychological nursing, postoperative infection and its prevention, to hearing and speech rehabilitation, this enhanced the success of surgery.
