摘要
为更好地开展社区儿童健康服务工作，采用问卷的方法，对社区卫生服务试点的儿童进行健康需求调查。结果显示，社区儿童健康问题以常见病为主，心理行为问题发生率亦较高；试点社区母乳喂养情况良好，儿童保健服务现状不平衡；家长最希望开展的健康服务为健康咨询、家庭保健、智力检测、心理咨询。提出开展全方位儿童保健服务的措施，儿童保健服务走入社区是社区儿童的现实需要。

carry out the children health service work in the community, investigated the children health
requirement in the experimental spot of the community health service with the questionnaire.
The results showed that the children health questions in the community took the familiar
disease as major, the occurrence rate of psychology action problem was also higher; the breast
feeding of the experimental spot of the community was did well, the present situation of the
children health care service was unbalanced; the health service that the parents hoped furthest
were health consultation, family health care, intelligence detection, psychology consultation.
And gave the measurement of developing the overall children health care service, and the
children health care stepped into the community was the practical demands of the children in
the community.
