摘要
本文讨论了壳聚糖(chitosan) 乙酸溶液对中药材水煎液的絮凝作用。研究了用壳聚糖作絮凝剂处理黄芩水煎液时,壳聚糖浓度、温度、pH 值对黄芩甙粗品收率的影响。结果表明0 .1 % 的壳聚糖在pH= 8 ,温度35 ~40 ℃条件下对黄芩煎煮液有较好的絮凝效果,且收率较高。
This paper probes into the flocculation of water extracts of five traditional Chinese crude drugs,using acetic acid solution of chitosan as flocculant. We also studied the floccutation of chitosan on water extract of \%Scutellaria baicelensis\%. The influences of chitosan concentration, temperature, and pH value on the yield of crude baicalin are discussed. The results indicate that the optimal conditions for high yield of baicalin are: Chitosan concentration is 0.1%; temperature is 35~40℃ and pH value is 8.
