摘要 建立了反相高效液相色谱及薄层色谱分离分析方法,对伊立替康样品中有关物质的组成成分进行了研究。初步确证样品中的主要杂质为SN38 和伊立替康羟酸。 RP HPLC and TLC methods were developed for studies on correlated substance of new anticancer drug irinotecan, a water soluble derivative of camptothecin, with potent anti cancer activity. It is preliminarily validated that SN 38 and CPT 11 carboxily are main impurities.
