摘要
目的：研究β七叶皂苷钠在５ ％ 葡萄糖，１０ ％ 葡萄糖，０ ．９ ％ 氯化钠３ 种输液中的稳定性。方法：用紫外分光光度法测定β七叶皂苷钠的含量，并观察输液的外观、ｐ Ｈ 及β七叶皂苷钠紫外光谱的变化。结果：β七叶皂苷钠在０ ．９ ％ 氯化钠中１ ｈ 内含量在９８ ％ 以上，在１０ ％ 葡萄糖中２ ｈ 内含量在９８ ％ 以上，在５ ％ 葡萄糖中６ ｈ 内含量在９８ ％ 以上。结论：可以配伍应用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the three stability of β aescine sodium in three injection solutions.METHODS:The content of β sodiuum aesci nate was determined by UV spectrophotometer.To study the change in the appearance and pH and β aescine sodium UV spectrum in 8 hours.RESULTS:The quantity of β aescine sodium was over 98% in 0.9% NS for 1 hours,in 10% GS for 2 hours,in 5% GS for 6 hours.
