摘要
肥胖给人体带来了生理、生化、病理、神经、内分泌系统的形态和功能等一系列的变化,尽管单纯性肥胖患者不兼有显著的神经、内分泌系统形态与功能障碍,但可伴有代谢调节过程的障碍。我们考虑到5-羟色胺(5-HT)具有多种生理活性,它与循环、呼吸、消化、血液、神经和内分泌系统的调节功能有关,为了探讨针灸减肥作用的机理。
For the purpose of understanding the relationship between the decreasing fat effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and peripheral serotonin (5-HT), the fat indication and the contents of 5-HT, its precursor tryptophan (Trp) and its metabo- late 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) in plasma were obeserved in 44 patients suffering from simple obesity before and after the acupuncture and moxibustion. The results showed that the fat indication and peripheral 5-HT level of the pati- ents suffering from simple obesity decreased very significantly after the acupuncture and moxibustion, but the decreasing of fat indication and peripheral 5-HT level being closely related to the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. It suggested that the peripheral 5-HT level might be considered as one of the diagnostic and therapeutic parameter in simple obesity.
